• MSc or PhD education with 5-10 years relevant experience preferably within gas production or gas treating processes.
• Specialization within process simulations, gas treating (removal of water, CO2, H2S and other trace components), glycol regeneration, thermodynamics, or column design.
• Experience with laboratory and field work in above subjects.
• Experience with tools like python, matlab and/or process simulators (e.g. promax, unisim).
• Team player with the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment on multiple locations.
• Experience from leading R&D projects and with drive to deliver on agreed project deliveries..
• Curious and enthusiastic with an understanding of business need.
• Good communication skills and strong in stakeholder management.
