Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our existing sales team in our watch department in Keanes Jewellers Cork. We are looking to recruit an experienced sales advisor who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. We will provide all product knowledge training for this key role. - Creating a great customer experience for all our customers
- Developing effective product knowledge across all our watch brands
- Establishing a rapport with customers and effectively communicating the features and benefits of their chosen selection of watches from our exclusive watch brands
- Leading customers through all steps in the buying process
- Following all company administrative procedures
- Providing great ‘after sales’ service to our customers
- Providing assistance to colleagues as needed to ensure the workload is being managed effectively
