Under the supervision of the Pillar Director and Sales Director, you will work independently and manage your activities both strategically and pragmatically.
In this role, your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing an assigned client portfolio. This involves identifying opportunities within existing accounts and spotting new prospects within your market vertical. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including:
- Account strategy formulation
- Understanding client challenges and formulating responsive strategies
- Overseeing the drafting of presentations, tender calls, and sales proposals (supported by a pre-sales team)
- Negotiating contracts with clients and prospects
- Monitoring finalized contracts
- Ability to offer additional services or products (upsell and cross-sell)
- You’ll have the capacity to converse with a diverse group of C-level contacts: CIO, CISO, HR Director, Customer Relationship Director, and others. You will be responsible for reporting on your activities to provide transparency into your actions and making proactive suggestions on short and long-term forecasts.
To meet these challenges, you’ll work closely with the team of managers and delivery units.
You have significant sales experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in an IT services company.
Possessing exceptional interpersonal skills, you enjoy team collaboration, thrive when challenged.
You are proactive with phone communications, resilient, energetic, and have a passion for persuasion.
You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
