The Boeing Global Services Supply Chain organization is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist (Level 4) to join the team in Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on executing Supply Support for domestic and international Sustainment programs.
THE POSITION MUST MEET EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, THEREFORE A “US PERSON” AS DEFINED BY 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 IS REQUIRED. “US PERSON” INCLUDES US CITIZEN, LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT, REFUGEE, OR ASYLEE.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5 + years experience working directly with Boeing customers and/or suppliers
- Experience working directly with customers to develop requirements and to communicate execution performance
- 5 + years of experience with supply chain/execution systems (process or tools) to ensure meeting customer requirements
- 5 + years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in logistics, supply support, supply chain and/or military supply experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000

Responsibilities:
- Leads and administers post production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material
- Leads activities for economy of purchases
- Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers
- Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions.
- Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties.
- Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews.
- Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
