Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify out-of-state liens and titling.
  • Responsible for assisting team of finance directors and managers with various tasks.
  • Reconciling daily and weekly SQL reports.
  • Responsible for assisting with general Human Resource related functions.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support to existing administrative support team.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School diploma required, associate’s degree desired but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to shift between multiple tasks throughout the day with little to no direction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SQL based reporting.
  • Prior experience with titling, billing, or dealership operations preferred but not required.
  • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
