We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a variety of animals, including routine and emergency cases.
- Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and treatments.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as directed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Manage and care for surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Educate pet owners on health, nutrition, and wellness topics.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Nurse.
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Veterinary Nursing Diploma or equivalent).
- Proficiency in various veterinary procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software is a plus.
