The Experiential Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing marketing experiences that immerse and engage current and potential customers. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating experiential marketing events, activations, and partnerships in a way that improves brand awareness and generates quantifiable incremental business.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Experience in marketing or event management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends
  • Travel up to 15% of the time is required

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotes for services for booth build, production, branding, swag, merchandise, etc
  • Develop trade show and event plans based on historical data and trends from other high-performing companies
  • Ensure that each event is executed with branding and coordination with 3rd party vendors
  • Analyze best practices and industry trends of other high-performing companies for insights and recommendations on continuous improvement
  • Create opportunities to gather, capture and validate new business leads through each event
  • Assist in conducting research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of company store business development support giveaways, coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Manage the experiential marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Use digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of campaigns
