Experimental Specialist Measurements Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Your role will involve both direct and indirect leadership responsibility, project management and acting as an interface between a number of different areas within Rolls-Royce. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the workload and resource demand for a variety of electronic packages of work including telemetry and signal conditioning.
• Ensuring delivery of our EGSE portfolio by managing our supply-chain and developing processes to streamline our design and sales processes.
• Delivering our projects and products to customers on time: utilising load and capacity tools to manage workload and demand.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the required standards to ensure conformance to engineering specifications, and for promoting a product safety culture in the organisation.

• Degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Ideally you have experience in Electronics Design but this is not essential.
• Leadership and team working skills.
• Ideally you have led a team within an engineering environment.
• A proven record of delivering projects through the full product lifecycle
