QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical education, electrical engineering, automation engineering or similiar
- Several years of experience in control technology PLC programming, production support, commissioning or similar in the manufacturing industry
- Specified knowledge: SPS S7 Classic, TIA (SIEMENS), SQL host computer (SCADA), E PLAN (E CAD Schematic), Precision measurement technology such as Burster, Desoutter, Keyance etc.
- Fluent German and English language knowledge; additional language skills such as Spanish, polnish or Chinese is appreciated
- MS Office skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills; innovative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve PLC/SCADA/MES standards and methods for assembly lines/machines for serial production.
- Research of latest technologies and realize implementation; run innovation project.
- Update process and technology standards based on Lessons Learned/Best Practise in alignment with Plant Process and Product Engineering to follow the Design for Manufacturing and continues improvement strategy.
- Global support of Process Engineering in other Air Spring Light production sites by industrializing development projects and commissioning new production equipment world wide.
- Training within global Process Engineering to secure know-how transfer.
- Supporting of all necessary documents to fullfil the APQP (VC ProMap) process.
