Job Description

Your focus will be on establishing an efficient and harmonious reporting and control framework for our FSD companies.

• You integrate the FSD companies into the group’s controlling tools and thus help to increase the efficiency of processes.
• You analyse key performance indicators such as sales, earnings, cash flow and net working capital.
• You coordinate the group-wide preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• To accomplish this, you collaborate closely with the local FSD Finance teams
• As an interface to the Group Accounting, you support the preparation and quality assurance of documents for quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Your give input and prepare content for presentations and decision papers for Senior Management as well as Management and Supervisory Board meetings
• You provide support for ad hoc requests regarding FSD controlling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic degree at Master’s level with a specialization in economics
• At least 3 years work experience in Controlling
• Sound knowledge of controlling tools and controlling methods as well as related financial areas
• Advanced competence in the visual preparation of data
• Advanced analytical thinking skills, diligence, accuracy and confident while working under deadline pressure
• Good communication skills and team competence in an intercultural environment
