Job Description:
We are seeking an Expert, GSC Digital Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the digitalization of Schneider’s Factories. This hybrid position requires deep involvement in GSC (Global Supply Chain) business processes and operations, necessitating an understanding of their challenges and the ability to translate digital needs into technical IT solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology in Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with ERPs (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi or similar)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
- Organizational skills, stakeholder analysis, and risk assessment
- Resilience, flexibility, and collaboration skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Jira
- Knowledge of IoT Technology

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Digital standards within factories.
- Coordinate network infrastructure changes and enhancements.
- Align with strategic priorities and participate in cross-functional activities to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Global Supply Chain business units and act as a bridge with other digital teams, including SAP, Oracle, Connectivity, Assets Management, Tech Partners, and Security
- Be accountable for OT Cybersecurity in the manufacturing plant, managing activities to enhance cyber resilience, protect the OT network, and sustain Cybersecurity Performance of the site, including local OT infrastructures, applications, and shopfloor population.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive digital adoption in real estate projects for new or expanding factories in NAM.
- Track project schedules, identify and monitor issues & risks, and ensure project delivery under the 3 KPIS: on time, on budget, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates and ensure processes are followed.
- Support transition/handover of data management to a business-as-usual state.
- Act as the digital key contact and contribute to business transformation projects.
- Support and collaborate in regional NAM or global projects related to Connectivity and infrastructure.
- Coordinate power/network outages, electrical maintenance, data center changes, and IT asset tracking.
- Delegate efficiently with other teammates, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate and report high-level status to plant managers and finance controllers.
