Expert in Epitaxy Equipment Operation & Maintenance (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline within the semiconductor industry.
• Professional Experience: Over 12 years of experience in semiconductor epitaxy equipment introduction or development. Experience in SiC product introduction or production is essential.
• Mass Production Expertise: Proven success in mass production within leading factories is highly advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of silicon epitaxy, germanium epitaxy, GaAs, MOCVD, and other epitaxial equipment.
• Thermal Field Design: Familiarity with thermal field design such as resistance heating, induction heating, material system design at high temperatures, or reaction chamber design.
• Supplier & Design Knowledge: Knowledge of industry epitaxy equipment suppliers and an understanding of equipment design architecture.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently manage equipment transformation, improvement, and solve abnormalities in online machines and products.
• Team Training & Leadership: Capability to train new employees and lead the team to meet scheduled tasks. Experience in team development and daily technology work management is preferred.
• Work Ethic & Mindset: Hands-on mentality and an open mindset for cross-cultural working environments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Travel Willingness: Open to international business trips or delegations.
