DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Expert IT Sourcing-Procurement Management(m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring that Exyte’s IT hardware, software, services, and in-house contractor (IHC) needs are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the operational aspects of procurement, including identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with IT organizational goals and objectives
• Manage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to renewal and termination
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee the contract registration process and maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities, both internally and externally
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contract scope, terms, and budget align with business objectives
