Description:
WHAT WE EXPECT?
- A successfully completed master’s degree in health economics or a related field.
- Professional knowledge of international and especially the US-healthcare system is highly appreciated.
- Profound project management skills as well as excellent stakeholder management.
- Experienced in the development, planning and execution of health economics & outcomes research (HEOR) and new methodologies to generate data in the clinical and non-clinical environment.
- Excellent English skills are required, and a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communications skills as well as a highly team oriented working style.
- Very good networking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute systematic approaches to develop global value selling instruments that integrate value standards for Critical Care therapies in collaboration with Business Partners to differentiate for value-based sales and develop local adaptations and roll out to commercial functions.
- Support different Business partners in executing a coordinated approach to include trends and needs of the US healthcare system in value selling instruments to ensure successful commercialization in this market.
- Closely partner with relevant Critical Care teams and Market Access & Health Economics Vertical Business Partners to warrant Market Access competence are integrated in the technology’s lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Develop a blueprint for a systematic approach to include the needs of the US healthcare system for the Fresenius Medical Care product portfolio lifecycle and value sales material.
- Support in the internal and external representation of the Center of Excellence; create health economic value documents according to the life cycle of medical products and services with a focus on the Critical Care portfolio.
- In collaboration with the Critical Care teams execute the strategy for the generation and publication of non-clinical value data.
- Participation and contribution to relevant expert associations and at conferences as well as support Market Access & Health Economics Commercial Operations Business Partners and local teams with strategic messaging towards policy makers and procurers.
