As an Expert Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, and accountable for developing and driving your designated product category. With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will inspire your colleagues to successfully sell across the brand. You will be the voice of your category at Client Services collaborating with all concerned departments to ensure you meet they yearly objectives set for your category.
You will be driving your categories (Objets Nomades, Hardsided and Fragrances) in terms of turnover and visibility, as well as supporting, motivating and coaching your colleagues in presenting these categories to their clients.
Missions

Demonstrate a genuine interest and expertise for Louis Vuitton product universe
Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition
Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to your colleagues (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.
Be a strong style advisor to assess the Client’s profile and match with product recommendations
Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of CSC
