Responsibilities:
- Supporting the rollout of various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Int. Hub
- Responsible for global and digital job and skills management using SAP SuccessFactors to optimize and personalize learning paths and career development
- Further development of a future-proof skills management system
- Design and deliver hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face workshops to support employee development and organizational change
- Implementation of innovative approaches to learning and development for continuous improvement and adaptation to market needs
