Stellenbeschreibung

• Unterstützung und Beratung des Entwicklerteams für Leistungsmodule und Aufbau des Kern-Know-hows für die Produktion von Leistungsmodulen
• Einbringen von Inputs für die Industrialisierung in das Team
• Definition kritischer Prozesse und Erstellung eines Ausführungsplans zur Minimierung von Risiken und Unterstützung eines sicheren Starts
• Aktive Unterstützung des Teams mit bewährten Verfahren und Erfahrungen
• Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Designverbesserungen auf Basis von Erfahrung und Fachwissen
• Unterstützung bei der PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Definition und Anpassung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse für die Serienproduktion von Leistungsmodulen

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Bachelor oder Master of Science in Engineering
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung/Industrialisierung von Hochspannungsleistungsmodule in großen Stückzahlen, idealerweise für die Automobilindustrie
• Fachwissen in Schlüsselprozessen wie Sinterung, Bonden, Formen und Testen von Leistungsmodulen
• Solide Kenntnisse der automobilen Standardanforderungen an Leistungselektronik (IATF 16949)
• Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) und Effizienzverbesserungssystemen (Lean, VSM, etc.)
• Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Fließend in Englisch
