Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Expert Process Analyst to join our team in Namur, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and identify process bottlenecks
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Create process maps and documentation to clearly define processes and procedures
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make adjustments as needed
• Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend new tools and technologies to improve processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis and improvement
• Strong understanding of process mapping and documentation techniques
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Namur, Belgium. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
