Expert Science & Technology – Lab Scientist (m/f/d)

For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for an Expert Science & Technology - Lab Scientist (m/w/d).

• Design, plan, organize, and perform scientific experiments and specific analytical tests for biologic drug product development, processes, and stability studies, independently or with minimal supervision
• Accurately document raw data from experiments, interpret results, and collaborate with project leads to evaluate and report findings for further planning and execution of next steps
• Actively participate in function-specific project sub-teams, contribute to experiment design, coordinate material shipments, and ensure timely delivery of samples, tools, and project-related resources
• Review and verify raw data generated by colleagues, maintain and qualify lab tools, develop or optimize laboratory methods/processes, and support compilation of scientific protocols, reports, and SOPs
• Work according to lab standards for quality, safety, health, and ethics, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to environmental protection and information security policies
• Develop and implement new technologies, take on roles in operational excellence, and proactively identify and resolve complex problems using professional concepts and creative solutions
