Responsibilities:

  • Short term refinery production planning & scheduling (week - month+1) & Economical evaluation of short term refinery operation.
  • Prepare & excecute cross devision PChem, Semi-finished Product & Biofuel STO incl. Borealis as well as prepare & excecute cross devision Product STO Meeting.
  • Analyse economics of spot purchases and spot sales initiated by STO decisions.
  • Steering of additional Spot volumes by setting target netback requirments accoring to OMV stock availability and market situations.
  • Prepare operational shutdown planning/scheduling (week – month +1) for Schwechat & Burghausen.
  • Creation, steering and execution of short-term production plan on daily basis (incl. alignment E2E planning, disposition and quality control, sales, supply & logistic, origination and maintenance).
  • Coordination of semi-fished transfers between the three refinery sites (SW, BGH, PBZ).
  • Support Projects related to refinery scheduling, planning & optimization (in alignment with product management, tank farms, ref. operations, sales, supply & logistic).
  • Create management reports, including deviation analyis & proposal for mitigation.
