At Louis Vuitton we are looking for a Woman RTW expert/stylist who is truly passionate and most importantly, experienced in RTW.
Understanding silhouette, trends and experience in fashion styling are a must to succeed and to be considered for this role.

As a RTW expert in our team, your mission will be to drive and elevate the category through:

• Acquiring new clientele in RTW
• Developing existing clients into RTW
• Elevating our current offer through styling
• Coaching and mentoring the team on trends, outfit construction, looks proposal & sales

Missions
As an Expert Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on a Woman Ready To Wear category. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand, delivering them the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product. You will be the voice ofReady To Wearcategory for Clients and the team in the store.
Profil

Be an Exceptional Client Advisor

• Achieve individual objectives
• Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example of the best Client experience
• Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to Clients (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.
• Be a strong style advisor for your Client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the Client’s style and match with product recommendations
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures

Promote and Show Ownership for the Category

• Be the ambassador and role model for your category, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
• Master a deep knowledge of your product category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations
• Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition
• Act as a proactive force for the TM/SM in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales
• Interact with the Visual Merchandiser to make sure your category is well displayed

Informations complémentaires
Only people with RTW experience & background will be considered for the role.
A minimum of 2 years experience in Luxury fashion is required.
A portfolio of Middle East based clients is desirable.
