Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Export Control cases raised by FANUC’s subsidiaries across Europe, with an emphasis on accuracy, time-sensitiveness and documentation
  • Daily interaction with our Headquarters in Japan, following our internal approval channels
  • Contribute to develop efficient and effective Export Control policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Stay up to date on legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring these updates are integrated into our business practices
  • Contribute to identify main risks and propose effective mitigation measures to reduce exposure
  • Become Subject Matter expert & point of contact in FANUC for Export Control & Trade Compliance topics, answering questions and requests from various stakeholders in our organization
  • Manage IT tools related to Export Control & Trade Compliance (e.g. sanction monitoring)
  • Support the internal training activities, including possible limited travels to our affiliates in Europe
  • Support Corporate Compliance activities as needed
  • Participate in the development of the corporate compliance framework
  • Participate in the enhancement of the company policies repository and work with the various stakeholders for the policy management process
  • Manage the Compliance e-learning courses as well as the relationship with the provider
  • Provide ad-hoc support
