EXPORT COORDINATOR (M/F/D)

We are a 100% independent, family-owned Luxembourg company with over 175 years’ experience in the tobacco industry and brands expertise (FMC, FCT, accessories, vaping and new generation tobacco products).
Reporting to the Head of Export and the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with export managers based abroad and various departments esp. in Luxembourg (finance, legal, customer management, logistics, marketing).

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the business between HQ team/decisions and local markets i.e. export clients (E.g. submission forms, sales forecasts, legal aspects & contractual terms; Coordinate all aspects of product launch & product life cycle process; Close communication with the local teams / clients).
- Exchange closely with Customer Management Unit and Strategic Planning regarding product specifications, order fulfilment, deliveries and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance at all times by working together with compliance and legal dept.
- Evaluate and monitor local markets’ performances (E.g. monthly reporting cycle; follow up on budget and P&L).
- Manage international Trade Fairs
- Exchange best practices between local markets (E.g. Manage issues and solve problems; Provide strategic guidance on commercial developments).
- Support and ensure the operational follow-up of the dedicated markets
- Monitor and analyze market trends local + global (e.g. competition analysis, price analysis, customs & excise analysis, customer analysis; Report sales performance, financial outlook, marketing activities).
- Project management with other departments (e.g. exchange with Marketing, Strategic Planning, Customer Management Unit, Legal).
- Track and measure results achieved using clear KPIs
- Monitor the marketing & sales budget of the respective countries
