We specialise in vehicle customisation and as we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a talented and experienced Global Export/Field Sales Manager to join our team and drive our export initiatives to new heights focusing on the US market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Global Export/Field Sales Manager (USA), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our company’s presence in the American markets. You will lead a team of export specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of export plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing global export operations, a deep understanding of international trade regulations, and strong leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global export management or related role.
Proven track record of successfully expanding export business in international markets.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and export management software.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • High-end sales: 3 years (required)
  • Automotive Industry: 3 years (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our company’s export business in target markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of the export process, including pricing, logistics, documentation, and compliance with trade regulations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of export specialists to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities for our export business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to support export activities and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on export performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
