Coordinate with Airlines / Shipping lines / Trucking companies and warehouses for Export shipments. Arrange all origin services for export shipments including filing B13 (export declarations) and ex works services where required. Respond to enquiries and rate requests from overseas agents. Obtain rates from Airlines/ Shipping lines / overseas agents. Coordinate between overseas agents and exporters. Keep clients notified on the status of their shipments. Notify overseas agents on the booking status of shipments to clients.
We are looking for applicants who have worked at least 2 years as export freight departments , who are self motivated and are very familiar with export documentation procedures. Persons who have co ordinated with Airlines/ shipping lines will have an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
