QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Export Manager, preferably in the facade and steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and international trade laws specifically the GCC regions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., MS Office, ERP systems].
• Fluency in Arabic and English

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)

• Develop and implement export strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
• Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production, packaging, and delivery of export orders.
• Identify new market opportunities and analyze market trends to stay competitive.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals and policies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
