Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Order Management: Serve as the key contact for defined markets, ensuring all order management processes meet customer expectations and maintain continuous market supply.
- Customer Orders: Manage all sales order processes, including entry, confirmation, communication, and monitoring. Align and clarify order-related questions with DRP/customers.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with markets, dispatch locations, factories, and transport providers to release orders and deliveries. Monitor credit thresholds and manage the SAP flow.
- Document Management: Prepare and ensure compliance of all required export documents with internal and external policies, laws, and regulations. Share documents with customers for customs clearance and coordinate inspections.
- Exception Management: Handle returns, missing stock, damages, and theft efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Master Data Management: Coordinate and create master data for products, prices, new customers, and new flows. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in logistics and transport management.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and anticipatory approach.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
- Expertise in customs regulations and financial flows under an invoice.
- Good understanding of business processes and supply chain principles and practices ((SAP knowledge desirable).
- Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
