Export Planner with French
Michelin is hiring!
This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field;
- Good knowledge of English is mandatory, while French is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple business interlocutors;
- Structured and organized;
- Attentive to details.
What will you do?
Planning:
- Plan and optimize loads in accordance with delivery dates, filling rates & customer requirements
- Analyse and treat anomalies
Transportation:
- Organize the transportation (chartering & slot booking) according to the needs
- Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents
- Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies
Execution Monitoring:
- Monitor the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales
- Proactively alert the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engage in the search for a solution to the customer
- Apply corrective actions in the relevant applications
- Informs and follow up with the relevant partners
