THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an Export Projects Coordinator to join our Auckland team.
You will become an integral part of the Dairy Export team, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, both nationally and globally (particularly in the Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Pacific markets).
In this role, you will develop key stakeholder relationships and ensure efficient coordination of all aspects of Dairy Export projects, including planning, coordinating, managing, and executing export-related projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: You will develop and oversee detailed project plans and timelines for export initiatives, coordinating closely with Export Business Managers and key customers across various international markets, including China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work proactively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage projects, including new artwork, packaging updates, and commercialization of R&D products, ensuring alignment with DIFOTIS standards (delivered in full, on time, in spec, and on budget).
- Customer and Market Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for project requirements and information exchange, ensuring clear communication with key customers and supporting the expansion of both new and existing markets.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the export team’s processes to suggest and implement improvements, optimizing ways of working to boost efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Training and Documentation: Create a comprehensive training manual for export projects, documenting processes from concept to commercialization to support team onboarding and knowledge sharing.
- Database and Resource Development: Build and maintain an accurate, accessible database for export projects, including images, 3D renders, marketing collateral, and other key resources to support marketing and operational needs.
