Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing product and ensuring its eligible for destined market and fit for purpose
  • Product samples are prepared, labelled, documented, and dispatched within KPI’s
  • Tracking of cargo ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and monitoring methods are accurate
  • Working with different parties in supply chain to investigate any complaints and corrections
  • Continually looking for ways to improve process, system, and sustainability for our site
  • Support site manager to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to provide safe working conditions for staff, contractors and visitors.
  • Maintain the food safety & quality status of the site through inspections and audits.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations and prerequisite programs that support the site Risk Management Program are complete and accurate.
  • High degree of physical fitness – including the ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly during inwards, subsampling and outwards processes, manual handling involved for loading and unloading the trucks arriving to the site.
