Description:
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in consulting, preferably in strategy consulting
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and apply critical thinking to complex business issues and/ or opportunities
- An ability to articulate and justify the need for change and recommend solutions to for targeted business outcomes and measurable improvements
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver both individual and team projects
- Professional and polite demeanour
- Ability to develop compelling business cases and various documentation
- Well-developed presentation and communications skills
- Strong ability to manage time commitments across multiple engagements

ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of Business Success Manager is to provide coordination and management for the Region Demand Management process support to the Head of DSPU in the delivery of region IT. Aligned with global transformation objectives, this role is responsible for ensuring, the rollout and secured operation of IT, consumption of global IT services, management f legacy IT, including ownership of local IT requirements, and escalation management.
