JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team and be trained into an Exterior Cleaning Technician. The chosen candidate will be responsible for carrying out our services such as driveway cleaning & roof cleaning, speaking with clients on-site and transporting & maintaining equipment, all of which the chosen candidate will learn through our training programme. This role requires good manners and etiquette, an attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. If you find yourself impulsively tidying, cleaning, or watching satisfying cleaning videos, this job will be a dream for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s licence is preferred for travel between different job sites.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• A positive attitude towards customer service, with the ability to respond to client requests professionally.

• Carrying out exterior cleaning services, cleaning driveways & patios, roofs, gutters, solar panels and other surfaces to a professional standard.
• Speaking with our clients in a polite and courteous manner, making their experience of us a treat, answering their questions, informing them and diffusing concerns.
• Transporting equipment to and from different projects.
• Maintaining equipment & completing stock takes (no previous understanding required), and keeping you equipment storage facility organised.
• Reporting to your Operations Manager, who will train you, take care of your needs and support you in your role.
