• Actively communicate to various stake holders
• Close follow up on the end to end Tolling Process
• Define the raw materials reorder quantities and frequencies
• Production planning for Tolling
• Manage inventory and stock counting
• Insure logistic in line with customer expectation
• Define and monitor metrics to identify anomalies, recurring issues and trends
• Track the Toller’s performance and Customer service level
• Tolling Process improvement
