Description:
Carver Living Center is seeking a healthcare professional experienced in the marketing of clients/residents for our community rehabilitation and long-term care community. The External Marketer will focus on marketing efforts to fulfill census goals. This individual will obtain referrals from various sources, ensure that referrals meet the admissions criteria, follow up with referrals providing tours and information on our community, and complete the sales process. This position will also work with all staff members to ensure an effective and smooth transition for new residents. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Two years experience in an acute care or long term care facility
- Previous sales and marketing experience
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Willingness to work beyond normal working hours and in other positions temporarily as needed
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, enthusiasm when interacting with staff, residents, family members and the general public
