JOB DESCRIPTION
If you are looking for a role as a Treasury International Capital Product Reporting , then you found the right team!
As a Treasury International Capital Product Reporting within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting and Analysis (FRRA) team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive production of Treasury International Capital (TIC) Country Exposure Reporting for J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. This reporting is filed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with the Federal Reserve Bank. Your role will encompass both Schedule Preparation and Report Owner responsibilities, including review, oversight, instructional interpretation, policy interaction, and report filing. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing the controls and efficiency of financial reporting processes. This may involve identifying and resolving issues or errors, tracking and resolving data quality issues, and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Relevant work experience (accounting or banking industry)
- Demonstrable understanding of financial statements and disclosures required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
- Comfortable working with large quantities of data, including strong reconciliation and process management experience
- Strong technical skills in Excel
- Detail oriented, strong analytical skills as well as strong organizational and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Experience with tools like Alteryx is strongly preferred
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred
- Prior experience with team management a plus
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Big 4 Experience a plus
- Familiarity with JP Morgan Corporate Financial Reporting Architecture, Axiom, Everest a plus

Responsibilities:
- Identifies and executes process reengineering opportunities using tools like Alteryx
- Coordinates multiple aspects of the production and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reports filed with the Federal Reserve Bank
- Manages effectively multiple priorities and deliverables under tight timelines
- Identifies gaps in current reporting processes and lead the implementation of new controls and strategic solutions to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
- Maintains familiarity with accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements
- Participates in firm wide project groups to implement changes in reporting requirements
- Establishes and manage relationships, partnerships and dialogue with a variety of stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
