External Sales Consultant
Job Description
- Identificar, negociar e estabelecer parcerias estratégicas com distribuidores, revendedores e outros parceiros indirectos;
- Manter relacionamentos sólidos com os parceiros e clientes, garantindo a satisfação e o alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa;
- Contribuir na elaboração, evolução e melhoria contínua da estratégia do segmento parceiros;
- Acompanhar e analisar as métricas de vendas dos parceiros indiretos, definindo metas e estratégias para impulsionar o seu desempenho;
- Garantir que todas as atividades relacionadas ao canal estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações do setor de energia em Portugal;
- Coordenação ativa entre os vários departamentos da empresa com o objetivo de prestar o melhor serviço possível ao Canal/Cliente;
- Alcançar um desempenho equilibrado entre os processos externalizados e internos com base nos recursos disponíveis;
- Identificação de oportunidades de cross-selling e up-selling;
- Responsável pela formação e suporte contínuo aos parceiros indirectos para garantir um alto nível de conhecimento sobre os produtos e serviços da empresa.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other indirect partners;
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company objectives;
- Contribute to the development, evolution, and continuous improvement of the indirect partner segment strategy;
- Monitor and analyze the sales metrics of indirect partners, setting goals and strategies to boost their performance;
- Ensure that all activities related to the indirect channel comply with the energy sector regulations in Portugal;
- Active coordination between various company departments with the aim of providing the best possible service to the Channel/Client;
- Achieve a balanced performance between outsourced and internal processes based on available resources;
- Identification of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;
- Responsible for the training and ongoing support of indirect partners to ensure a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Valorização de conhecimento sobre o setor elétrico, nomeadamente Comercialização de Energia Elétrica;
- Idiomas: Espanhol (preferencial) e Inglês;
- Proactivo;
- Capacidade de gestão autónoma e resiliência;
- Capacidade analítica;
- Visão estratégica sobre gestão de canais externos de vendas, que permita acrescentar valor ao projeto existente;
- Trabalho em equipa;
- Facilidade de adaptação e foco na melhoria de processos;
- Orientação a resultados.
- Knowledge of the electricity sector, particularly in Energy Retail Market, is highly valued;
- Languages: Spanish (preferred) and English;
- Proactive;
- Ability to manage autonomously and resilience;

- Strategic vision of customer attention service management and operations, enabling the initiation and implementation of a new service at Acciona Energía;
