Assist in the running of the Blown Film Extruders and recycling line
Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure correct working order
Perform operating testing procedures to ensure the machine works optimally during the production process
Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running speed
Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
Ensure that machines are producing quality product by managing periodic quality checks on output
Ensure stocks of materials are ready and available at all times
Create and maintain activity logs
Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors/management
Adhere to Health & Safety rules and department standards, performing regular safety checks What you will need:
