As a member of the Reshaping Results team you will require knowledge and experience of one or more of the following:

  • Relevant degrees and certifications (ACA, ACCA, MBA, CIMA, CFA) are an added advantage.
  • Professional services / consulting experience from a management consultancy, corporate finance firm or as an ‘internal consultant’ in a corporate environment.
  • Transactions lifecycle knowledge and experience is not required but an added advantage including synergy assessment and delivery, stand-alone costing, pre-deal cost due diligence etc.
  • Programme management experience such as of large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience of one or more core operational functions (e.g., procurement, finance, HR, supply chain

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for value creation.
  • Provide dedicated support to different types of engagements, including value creation diagnostic, validation, planning and tracking delivery.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on financial and operational data of clients to identify value creation opportunities supported by qualitative analysis.
  • Support development and execution of a comprehensive value creation strategy that aligns with the client’s financial goals and operational needs focussing on P&L cost savings and balance sheet savings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Support blended project teams comprising colleagues from our strategy and transactions practice as well as support meetings with client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the planning for value creation and operational restructuring.
  • Contribute to the management of complex engagements, including commercials, resourcing and risk.
  • Support the development and growth of our business, and actively engage with delivery of pitches and presentations to senior clients.
  • Support practice development responsibilities e.g., team meetings, recruitment, training, development of colleagues etc.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE:

  • A minimum of 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience of cost saving projects across functional areas and/ or across industries is an added advantage.

As a member of the Reshaping Results team you will require knowledge and experience of one or more of the following:

  • Relevant degrees and certifications (ACA, ACCA, MBA, CIMA, CFA) are an added advantage.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link operational analysis to financial statements and understand the implications of findings to client strategy. Ideally you will have an accounting qualification, or at least a sound grasp of financial accounting, combined with a high level of business awareness and a strong understanding of the factors that drive financial performance.
  • Experience of supporting delivery of high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
  • Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business and practice development projects.
