  We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Teachers Assistant to join our progressive and supportive Early Years team.
  The role is a causal position to help with the delivery of our early years curriculum under the Early Years Learning Framework. The Centre is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm and delivers a program to 3-5 year old boys.

The successful candidate will;

• Diploma or highly experienced Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with 3 and 4 year old children
• Understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Passionate about actively engaging in students play and learning
• Propensity to recognise the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community
• Professional and personal integrity
• Being flexible and open to change
• Being proactive and innovative
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams
• Experience in developing Reggio reflective classroom pedagogies and practice
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to be well managed in workflow
