QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician with a strong portfolio (preferred)
• Certification and licensing
• Knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, lash lifts, and tinting
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Perform eyelash extensions, fills, and removals with precision and expertise
• Provide consultations to clients to understand their lash preferences and ensure the desired results
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following safety and health guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry
• Build strong client relationships, offering personalized service to meet individual needs
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to increase client satisfaction and retention
