Boeing Global Service is seeking a Lead CTK Tool Room Technician to assist in our maintenance efforts in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
This position will oversee the Tool Control Program as required for CTK inspections and verifications of all hand tools, SE, PSE, Mx Vehicles.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and or management.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
• Candidates should have Aircraft Tool Room experience and working with computer applications such as TCMax, MS Office, and GoldEsp

TYPICAL EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years of related work experience, 8 years of related work experience, etc.).

• Leads routine maintenance of any and all tooling associated with CTK.
• Leads input and update of all data into assigned Data systems as required for the tracking of CTK assigned items.
• Issues and inspects all tools to employees.
• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, and inspection results).
• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
• Coordinates training.
• Performs tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
• Works under general supervision.
