Responsibilities:

Responsible for the F&B Operations of a very busy hotel with many F&B outlets.
Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to makes sure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are achieved
Manage, train and roster all bar, floor and wait staff
Ensure all staff training is up to date and carry out regular training sessions
Recruit new team members where needed
Assist stores manager to make sure we carry the correct amount of stock
Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
Oversee the food and beverage service – ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel
