Job Title: F&B / FMCG E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Jahra, Kuwait
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
We are a leading supermarket chain in Kuwait with three outlets, catering to both B2B and B2C clients. Our expertise lies in the food and beverage (F&B) sector, with a strong presence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled F&B / FMCG E-Commerce Specialist to drive the growth and performance of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations within the F&B or FMCG sectors and will contribute to expanding our digital footprint.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of e-commerce experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in website management tools and analytics software.
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Other Requirements: Ready to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience and drive online sales for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost online revenue, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, and logistics) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and timely delivery.
- Oversee and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media ads, to increase traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and report on website analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the business ahead in the digital space.
