Actively gather information about special requirements, guest preferences, allergies, celebrations for VIP Guest. To ensure all VIP and Hotel Guests special requests are handled efficiently and accurately. Communicate all special requests and arrangements to restaurant managers. F&B main contact for any pre arrival request. Collect and follow guest preference in Opera and Seven rooms. Attend meetings, like pre arrival and Quality meeting. GXP Follow up. Help to welcome VIP guest in the outlets. Main contact for the Butlers.
