We’re seeking a Food & Beverage Infrastructure Manager to join the National Trust team. With solid knowledge of F&B operations, you’ll collaborate with the team and Project Managers to shape café designs, equipment standards, and sustainable project delivery.
You’ll create detailed café refurbishment plans and financial appraisals with Area Managers and the Commercial Project team. Working closely with equipment suppliers and our sourcing and product development teams, you’ll ensure our equipment align with our F&B goals. You’ll also contribute to our Design guides and frameworks, supporting sustainable practices and new initiatives.
You’ll oversee the allocation and spending of the F&B reserves budget, ensuring the best value alongside key stakeholders.

Our team shapes policies and creates frameworks that empower teams to provide an exceptional F&B experience to visitors.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you’ll be doing:With autonomy to support and advise project teams, you’ll work closely with the F&B and Support & Revenue teams to ensure investments align with our broader organisational strategy. This specialised role requires expertise in F&B design principles, equipment, buying behaviours, and operational delivery.
You’ll create and review frameworks and toolkits that guide capital investment in our outdoor spaces, ensuring outlets are accessible, safe, and well-built. Collaborating with General Managers, Estate Managers, and the S&R team, you’ll help maintain a unified and coherent approach to activities in these areas.
You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and secure funding as we develop new approaches and expand our outdoor offerings.
