As an Events intern at Vila Vita Parc, you will immerse yourself in the world of event planning and hospitality. From observing the process of booking future events to organizing information to structure BEOs (Order of Events) for events taking place in the current year, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand’s reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.
Event and Wedding Coordination:
- Assist in the process of booking future events, considering factors such as guest count, activities, special requests, and guest expectations;
- Compile and organize information to create comprehensive BEOs for events scheduled within the current year;
- Collaborate with various departments including florists, hairdressers, photographers, entertainment, accommodations, and F&B to ensure seamless coordination and meet the guests expectations;
- Coordinate and organize stationary items such as menus, special requests, and table name tags.
Execution of Events and Weddings:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the event are settled in order to provide the best experience to our guests.
- Observe internal meetings closer to the event date to review BEOs and prepare necessary documents for event management.
- Meet with department heads to finalize preparations and delegate tasks to respective teams.
- Arrange stationary items including menus, special requests, and table name tags.
- Supervise the events and verify if BEO details and daily plans are being followed
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the event, verify BEO and daily plans, and manage any unforeseen circumstances.
