We are seeking a dynamic and passionate F&B Manager with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry. You should possess a strong understanding of the local food and beverage market, as well as a deep appreciation for Scottish cuisine.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Beira. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing staff and creating exceptional guest experiences to driving sales and building a strong brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage and optimise daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP regulations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff.
- Guest Experience:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Performance:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage restaurant budget and control costs effectively.
- Menu Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the menu.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Stay up-to-date on culinary trends and industry best practices.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to build brand awareness.
- Participate in local events and community initiatives.
