F&B MANAGER – MOXY BRUSSELS CITY CENTER

Are you an expert in guest service? Then you might be the one that we are looking for.
We are looking for a commercial and driven leader to be a part of our hotel team. As a Food & Beverage Manager you are responsible for 2 different F&B outlets; Moxy Brussels and The Fifty-one. You will work closely together with the Head Chef and the Assistant Captain (Assistant Hotel Manager) and report directly to the Captain (Hotel Manager).
An important task in your work will be creating/organizing the workflow, routines and procedures together with a strong focus on guest service and guest & staff satisfaction. You will be in charge of developing our restaurant & bar and develop/search for new opportunities.
Although you are Head of the Department, this will remain to be an operational role where you actively work together with the team in the operations.

Of course, you are also responsible for:

  • Improvement of guest satisfaction and service
  • following the law and regulations regarding food and beverage
  • developing the restaurant menu, working close with the kitchen chef
  • Planning and organizing of the department
  • Staff satisfaction and training

You have documented experience from a position as (assistant) F&B / restaurant manager.
You speak and write fluently English, French and preferably a third language.
You have good financial understanding.
