Description:
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled professional to join our team as an F&B Manager. This critical role involves overseeing the dining operations within our establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food and beverage management, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE F&B MANAGER ROLE
- Operational Management: Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and train staff to ensure they provide high-quality service and achieve operational goals.
- Customer Experience: Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring the quality of food and service meets or exceeds expectations.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control procedures to maintain profitability.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B operations.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders on menu design and pricing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE F&B MANAGER ROLE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a food and beverage management role.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated management and leadership skills with the ability to build and work with teams.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with staff, management, and guests.
