POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future booking
• Perform other section duties and responsibilities including Banquets and In-Room Dining
